This website is operated under the De.Coded name in Switzerland. Contact: hello@decodedai.co. The complete provider identity, business address and legal status will be published in the Legal notice once completed.
By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
2. Information, not professional advice
The website explains De.Coded’s services and general approach. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, accounting, medical, cybersecurity-certification, or other regulated professional advice. Information may be incomplete or may become outdated.
You remain responsible for decisions made for your business and for obtaining qualified professional advice where needed.
3. Ask De.Coded
Ask De.Coded is an automated product guide, not a person. It answers from approved website knowledge, can make errors, and may refuse questions outside its scope. Its answers do not create a promise, quote, contract, warranty, or professional opinion.
On the published website the chat runs locally in the browser and does not send or retain what you type. How the chat handles information—including the local development exception—is described in the Privacy notice.
4. Enquiries, prices, and service contracts
Using the website, opening an email link, sending an enquiry, or requesting a fit call does not itself create a service contract. No service is confirmed and no invoice is due until the parties approve the relevant written proposal or agreement.

Scope, deliverables, timing, dependencies, taxes, expenses, payment terms, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality, warranties, liability, cancellation, and any refund terms are defined in the written proposal or agreement for the particular engagement.
